A1&2 – All go a Double forward and back. That again.
B1&2 – Set and Turn Single. That again.
Verse II.
A1 – 1st Couple slip down between the 2nd Couple while they slip up the outside. Then 2nd Couple slip down the same way while the 1st Couple slips back up. A2 – All four take hands and go once around.
B1 – 1st Man snap your fingers. 2nd Man snap your fingers. The two of you change places. B2 – Women the same.
Repeat B down the line until all are back in their original positions.
Verse III.
A1&2 – Side right with Partner. Side left with Partner
B1&2 – Set and Turn Single. That again.
Verse IV.
A1 – First two on each side take hands and go back a Double and forward again. A2 – 1st Couple cast off, the 2nd Couple following, and come around to your places.
B1 – Change places with your Partner. B2 – Take hands and go halfway around.
Repeat B down the line until all are back in their original positions.
Verse V.
A1&2 – Arm right with Partner. Arm left with Partner
B1&2 – Set and Turn Single. That again.
Verse VI.
A1 – Men take hands and go back a Double and meet your Partners again. A2 – Women do the same.
B1 – Change places with your Neighbor (1st & 2nd Men, etc.). Then change places with your Partner. B2 – That again back to your places.
Repeat B down the line until all are back in their original positions.
Note: This dance can also be done without progressing, just straight through all six verses.
In verses 2, 4, & 6, do B1 twice and skip B2. Then continue to the next verse.
